New Construction of a 2-story 14,000 square foot Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram dealership with showroom, business offices, sales offices, parts facility and service bay. The facility was constructed directly behind, and within 10’ of, the existing (old) dealership to maintain sales during construction. Upon completion, the old building was meticulously demolished revealing the fully operational new facility. Chaney-Cox also contended with a storm that brought 1.75” hail, 72mph winds, and extensive flooding to the site. In spite of its challenges, we were able to deliver to Mac Haik a quality building on time & within budget.
